**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Engagement**:Respond promptly and effectively to inbound leads generated through digital marketing efforts, website inquiries, and other channels.
Build rapport with potential customers, understand their needs, and establish a consultative sales approach.

**Needs Analysis**:Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand prospects' pain points, objectives, and budget constraints.
Tailor product or service offerings to address individual customer needs.

**Product/Service Presentation**:Deliver compelling presentations to showcase the value proposition of products or services, emphasizing benefits and features.
Answer questions and address concerns to build prospect confidence.

**Consultative Selling**:Offer tailored solutions that align with the prospect's goals and challenges.
Demonstrate how the offered solutions can solve specific pain points and contribute to the prospect's success.

**Relationship Building**:Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up.
Provide personalized assistance and act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.

**Sales Process Management**:Manage leads and sales opportunities in CRM systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Maintain a clear and organized sales pipeline, tracking progress and next steps.

**Negotiation and Closing**:Present competitive pricing, negotiate terms, and handle objections to facilitate successful deal closures.
Create compelling proposals and contracts that capture customer requirements and expectations.

**Collaboration**:Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Continuous Learning**:Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitors to provide accurate and up-to-date information to prospects.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in inbound sales or a related sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with prospects.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Customer-centric approach and a genuine interest in helping customers solve their challenges.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Positive attitude and a high level of self-motivation.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
