Responsibilities
- Operationalize the overall account strategy.
- Retain and grow account revenue through account growth, margin management and implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Liaise with relevant internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure profitability of the account.
- Lead the sales efforts for new and existing revenue streams within accounts.
- Champion business transformation and change efforts in support of Sales and Marketing strategies.
- Achieve account revenue and sales goals as defined by segment leadership.
- Translate customer and account needs into a range of products and services that maximize returns.
- Anticipate and identify business opportunities and challenges and respond with a profitable strategy that aligns with overall business direction.
- Increase penetration of high potential accounts to optimize demand across all brands and satisfy important property needs.
- Execution of sales strategy to help the organization chart its grow path
- Develop new leads/opportunities in target markets and take them to closure to achieve sales target
- Develop and nurture long term trust-based relationships with key customer accounts
Experience and Qualifications
- Preferably MBA in Sales from Tier 1/2 institutes.
- 2-5 years of industry work experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance, with a minimum of 1 years’ experience with Enterprise Sales of IT solutions (Hardware / Software).
- Should have Account management experience dealing with complex accounts
- experience selling to medium sized IT, ITES and Technology companies.
- Demonstrated competency for planning, delegating, implementing, managing and improving processes that bring initiatives to a successful conclusion.
- Exceptional sales skills with proven track record of exceeding sales and KPI targets.
