Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team and drive the growth of our lighting products division. As a Business
Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall expansion of our lighting products market presence. Your expertise in both sales and lighting technology will be crucial in achieving our sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and emerging trends in the lighting products industry.
- Analyze customer needs and preferences to tailor product offerings and strategies accordingly.
New Business Identification:

- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as networking, cold calls, referrals, and industry events.
- Develop a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities to ensure consistent growth.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Product Presentation and Consultation:

- Present the features and benefits of our lighting products to potential clients in a clear and compelling manner.
- Provide expert consultation on lighting solutions, helping clients choose the most suitable products for their specific requirements.

Sales Strategy and Target Achievement:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
Collaboration:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted promotional campaigns and materials that align with sales objectives.
- Work closely with the product development team to provide insights on customer preferences and market trends.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals using CRM software.
- Generate regular reports detailing sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales processes and achieve or exceed targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
