Sales Representative

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a Dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative who will be key contributor to the company's revenue generation efforts. This position will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Researching and identifying potential customers or leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, social media, and industry events.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and existing customers to foster trust, loyalty, and repeat business. Following up with leads in a timely manner and staying engaged throughout the sales process.
- Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with prospects to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Overcoming objections and objections and resolving concerns to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Tracking sales activities, maintaining accurate records of interactions with prospects, and managing sales pipelines using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software. Providing regular updates and reports on sales performance to management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor events, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities. Use insights to refine sales strategies and gain a competitive edge.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in delegate acquisition, sales executive or event sales. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the events industry and understanding of delegate motivations and behaviors.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
