Inside Sales Coordinator

As an Inside Coordinator, you have to Coordinate with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information, and arrange sales team member’s meetings with clients.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Cold call people using a given phone directory to arrange meetings with customer.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Follow up with sales team for timely submission of Reports.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Send E-mail to clients on behalf of Sales Team.
- Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
- Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system
- Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
**EDUCATION & TRAINING**
Ø Bachelor Degree in any stream
**KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE**
Ø 0 - 2 Years of Experience
Ø Throughout English Medium Only (Schooling and College)
Ø Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ø Proficient in English
Ø Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills
**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
