As a Sales Executive & Business Developer Executive in our interior design company, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our business. You will work closely with the sales and design teams to identify and pursue potential projects, develop proposals, and ensure the company's services align with clients' needs.

**Responsibilities**:
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the interior design industry.

Analyze the competitive landscape and stay updated on industry best practices.

Lead Generation:
Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including networking events, online platforms, and referrals.

Build a robust pipeline of qualified leads to ensure a steady flow of new business opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Understand clients' needs and preferences, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Proposal Development:
Work closely with the design and sales teams to develop creative and customized proposals for clients.

Present proposals and project ideas to potential clients, addressing their specific requirements.

Sales and Negotiation:
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, aiming for mutually beneficial agreements.

Close sales and secure new projects for the company.

Networking and Business Development:
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the company's network and create new business opportunities.

Collaborate with strategic partners and industry stakeholders to identify potential collaborations.

Collaboration:
Collaborate with the design team to ensure client requirements and expectations are met.

Work closely with the project management team to ensure successful project delivery.

Financial Management:
Monitor the financial aspects of projects, including budgets, profit margins, and project timelines.

Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain records of client interactions, proposals, and contracts.

Provide regular reports to management on business development activities and results

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
