**About the role**:
We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Pre-Sales Executive to join our team in Baner, Pune. As a Pre-Sales Executive in the real estate sector, you play a pivotal role in the initial stages of the sales process. Your primary responsibility is to engage potential customers through outbound calls, identify promising opportunities, and facilitate the qualification and validation of leads. Your role extends to providing pre-sales assistance and generating meetings, ultimately encouraging potential customers to visit the properties.

**Key Responsibilities**:
A. Outbound Calls and Lead Identification:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, employing effective communication skills and market knowledge.
- Actively identify and assess business opportunities, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.

B. Lead Validation and Qualification:

- Validate leads to ensure accurate and relevant information.

C. Follow-up on Leads:

- Implement a systematic follow-up process to maintain engagement with potential clients.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, nurturing leads and building rapport.

D. Meeting Generation and Pre-Sales Assistance:

- Utilize persuasive communication to generate meetings with potential clients.
- Provide timely and effective pre-sales assistance during the meeting scheduling process.

E. Customer Convince/Encouragement:

- Articulate the unique selling points and value propositions of the properties, convincing and encouraging potential clients to visit.
- Foster a positive and engaging interaction to enhance the likelihood of property visits.

F. Database Management:

- Maintain an organized and updated database of leads, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Document all interactions and relevant information for future reference.

G. Collaboration with Sales Team:

- Work closely with the sales team, facilitating a seamless transition of qualified leads for further conversion.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback to enhance the overall efficiency of the sales process.

**Skills**:

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with the real estate industry and current market trends.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Freshers are welcome.
