**Presales**

Simplifai is looking for Pre-sales who can work with our customers, understand their business processes, and come up with optimal solution design to automate their front office or back office processes.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Participate in pre-sales meetings to understand customer needs
- Understand customers process and suggest effective solutions based on our product portfolio
- Oversee and take ownership of the product demo responsibilities
- Identify bottlenecks using various techniques for e.g. lean or design thinking and suggest improvements/enhancements
- Conduct workshops for our customers and partners
- Understand and propagate expectations between the client and the team effectively, and raise timely alarms if things are not going according to the plan
- Advocate new technologies/strategies to all stake holders in the respective project/product
- Assist software personnel in handling project related work and other requirements
- Work closely with other team members, project managers, and customer to ensure that all requirements are met and work as per specification

**Skillset**:

- 6+ years of experience working in Pre-sales role
- Excellent business understanding in multiple domain
- Good to have experience with modelling (UML or similar)
- Hands on experience with process flow tools like Visio
- Problem-solving and Analytical skills
- Understanding of project management techniques and computing systems
- Working experience in Agile methodologies
- Lean/Six sigma certification is a plus

**Soft skills**:

- Proactive innovative attitude, collaborative and focused on execution
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Creative and resourceful
- Structured, result oriented and positive
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and yet preserve quality
- Can use white board to explain process to other
