**Experience**:

- 2 - 3 years in Pre Sales
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate as Pre Sales Executive

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.

Skills Required:

- Good Communication & Interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English (verbal/written)
- Proficiency with MS Office

**Profile Introduction**:
Join our dynamic real estate team as a Pre Sales professional. As a key player in our organization, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them navigate the real estate market with your expertise and exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with prospective clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on property options and market trends.
- Arrange property viewings and tours.
- Create and present compelling property proposals.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into successful transactions.
- Stay updated on local real estate regulations and market dynamics.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in real estate sales or pre-sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of local real estate markets.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Real estate license or certification is a plus.
- Results-driven and a team player.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
