Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre Sales Executive at Goel Ganga Head Office in Pune.

The Pre Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as conducting market research, funnelling potential clients for Site Visits, sharing presentations and details with clients, building rapport and relationships with clients, so as to assist the customer in their Home purchase.

The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong sales and negotiation skills- Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions- Experience in conducting market research and identifying potential clients- Ability to prepare sales proposals and give presentations- Good relationship building skills- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
