**Job Summary**:As a Pre-Sales Real Estate Specialist, you will play a critical role in the real estate sales process by providing valuable support to our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients and facilitate their initial interactions with our real estate offerings. You will be a key point of contact for prospective buyers and will assist in guiding them through the pre-sales process, helping them understand the features, benefits, and value of our properties. This role is vital in creating a positive first impression and building relationships that drive successful real estate transactions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Property Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of the real estate properties and developments within the company portfolio. Stay up-to-date on market trends, pricing, and property features.
- **Qualification**: Conduct initial client needs assessments to determine their preferences, budget, and requirements. Help clients identify properties that align with their goals.
- **Property Tours**: Schedule and lead property tours, either in person or virtually, showcasing the features and benefits of available properties. Answer client questions and address concerns during these tours.
- **Information Sharing**: Distribute brochures, floor plans, and other marketing materials to potential clients. Ensure clients have all the information they need to make informed decisions.
- **Communication**: Maintain open and clear communication with clients, providing timely responses to inquiries and updates on available properties. Collaborate with the sales team to relay client feedback.
- **Documentation**: Assist clients in filling out necessary paperwork and documentation for the pre-sales process. Ensure that all required forms are accurately completed and submitted.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and nurture relationships with prospective buyers to gain their trust and confidence. Keep a record of client interactions and preferences for follow-up.
- **Market Research**: Monitor the local real estate market, including competitors and pricing trends, and share insights with the sales team to help formulate competitive strategies.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on client interactions, property visits, and the status of potential sales leads. Use these reports to assess the effectiveness of pre-sales strategies.

**Other Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with real estate processes and terminology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and organization skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for client management and communication.
- Languages:

- English, Hindi and Marathi.
