**Role & responsibilities**
- Lay down housekeeping standards for all sites.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure that these standards are met.
- Selection and training of Housekeeping personnel at the sites.
- Advise the Site Manager on implementing various cost-effective measures.
- Co-ordinate with vendors
- Ensure receipt and analysis of site reports to identify loopholes and avert crisis.
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures applicable to the FM function.
- Ensure required staff strength is maintained at all time as agreed in the contract and coordinate with office and fill the vacancy if any shortage on man power.
- Ensure all the Housekeeping equipment supplied by agency are in working condition.
- Ensure all the chemical required to maintain housekeeping services are available and required stock is maintained at site at all time.
Qualification:
- BHM/BHMS/BMS
Experience : Minimum 2 years of corporate Experience in Housekeeping
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
