**Responsibilities**:
1. Will be responsible for making calls, attending to visitors, maintaining records

2. Greet visitors as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate authority

3. Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices

4. Create and manage both digital and hard copy filing systems

5.Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

6.Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
