The Front Office Executive cum Admin is responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail. This role also involves supporting administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities:Front Office Duties:

- **Greeting and Reception**:

- Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- **Communication**:

- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- **Visitor Management**:

- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
- Inform employees of visitor arrivals.
- **Mail and Deliveries**:

- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Prepare outgoing mail and packages.

Administrative Duties:

- **Office Coordination**:

- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain and update company databases and records (physical and electronic).
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- **Scheduling**:

- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Manage conference room bookings.
- **Support**:

- Assist other departments with administrative tasks as required.
- Provide general support to visitors and employees.
- **Compliance and Policies**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of office policies.

Qualifications:Education and Experience:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Skills and Abilities:

- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- **Organizational Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines).
- **Interpersonal Skills**:

- Ability to interact positively with a wide range of people.
- Strong customer service skills.
- **Problem-Solving**:

- Ability to handle and resolve complaints and issues efficiently.
- Proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential problems.

Additional Information:

- The role may involve occasional lifting of office supplies and materials.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
