**Designation:

- Admin Executive**
- Handling various administrative and clerical responsibilities such as answering phone calls, taking and conveying messages, making appointments, ordering office supplies, etc.
- Excellent verbal & Written communication skills with proficiency in English
- Experience in handling ISO documentation, Travel & Visa processing will be an added advantage
- Coordinating with Infra Team for Asset Management, Vendor Management so on for smooth running of business.
- Stationary purchase, visa handling, stock management.
- Coordinating with the housekeeping staff for daily activities
- Helping the department heads as and when required for administrative tasks
- Periodic reviews of Office assets and taking care of keeping the records appropriately.
- Coordinating meetings, welcoming clients, arranging meeting schedules
- Office maintenance, monitoring admin budgets.
- Arranging Travel & booking of hotel etc whenever required for travel/client visit
- Organizing & co-ordinating in company events
- Liaising with internal and external agencies for smooth administrative functioning.

**Experience**:

- Admin/Front Office: 1 year (required)
