Compliance Executive

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Should have hands on experience with statutory compliance.
- Well verse with the preparation of PF, ESI and Bonus etc.
- Handled Employee payment and PF queries.
- Should have good knowledge of generating challans..
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Good knowledge about the Payroll administration.
- Timely closing the payment process independently.
- Coordinate for weekly / monthly / quarterly and annual MIS reviews of departmental activities.
- Employee data base update in PF and ESIC portal both addition and deletion
- Expertise in Provident Fund and Employees State Insurance compliance act.
- Good knowledge in PAN India Professional Tax and Labor welfare Fund Act compliance
- Identifying and completing necessary and applicable registrations and compliance under Labor Laws and rules there under on timely basis
- Ensuring timely statutory payments, return filing and maintenance on compliance registers under all applicable statutory norms.
- Publish monthly compliance reports on status of all statutory compliances.
