Labour Compliance Executive
**Experience**: 4 to 5 years in labour compliance or related field
Office Hours. 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Monitoring and Research**:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest changes in labour laws, employment regulations, and industry-specific compliance requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to understand the impact of these laws on our clients' businesses.
2. **Compliance Audits**:
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of clients' employment practices, policies, and records to identify potential compliance issues.
- Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
3. **Documentation and Record-Keeping**:
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of all employee-related documents, contracts, working hours, wages, benefits, and other relevant records.
4. **Consultation**:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on best practices for maintaining compliance with labour laws.
- Assist clients in implementing corrective actions to address any identified violations.
5. **Training and Education**:
- Conduct informative training sessions for clients' HR personnel and management teams to enhance their understanding of relevant labour laws and compliance procedures.
6. **Reporting**:
- Prepare regular compliance status reports, highlighting potential risks, and present them to clients and company management.
7. **Conflict Resolution**:
- Offer support in resolving any disputes or conflicts related to labour compliance that may arise within clients' organizations.
8. **Government Liaison**:
- Act as a point of contact between clients and government authorities or regulatory bodies, handling compliance-related matters and inquiries when necessary.
9. **Risk Management**:
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective risk management strategies that minimize non-compliance risks and associated penalties.
10. **Policy Development**:
- Assist clients in developing and updating employment policies and procedures to align with current labour laws and regulations.
11. **International Compliance (if applicable)**:
- Familiarize yourself with labour laws of different countries to ensure compliance for international clients.
*Experience* Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in labour compliance or a related field.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, etc.) preferred.
**Skills Requirements**:
- In-depth knowledge of labour laws and regulations applicable to Delhi/NCR.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proactive approach in staying updated with changing labour regulations.
