Overview: As a Corporate Field Sales Executive in the tourism industry, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling corporate travel packages, accommodations, and experiences to businesses. Your primary focus will be on cultivating and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, understanding their travel needs, and customizing packages to meet those requirements. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development: - Identify and target corporate clients within assigned territories or industries. - Develop and implement strategies to acquire new accounts and expand the company's corporate client base.
- Client Relationship Management: - Build strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients by understanding their business objectives and travel preferences. - Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including prospecting efforts, sales pipeline, and closed deals. Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Market Research: - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Gather market intelligence and insights to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in any Field
- Proven track record of success in corporate sales, preferably within the Travel & tourism or hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with corporate clients.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision makers.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and attend industry events as required.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
