**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Sales Executive/Manager located in Mumbai at Jaro Education. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to corporate sales management and customer relationship building.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **New Client Acquisition**:
- **Identify and target potential corporate clients for our educational programs.**:
- Develop and implement strategies to convert leads into long-term clients.
- Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations tailored to corporate needs.
- **Lead Generation**:
- **Proactively generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.**:
- Maintain and manage detailed records of client interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
- Create and execute effective lead generation campaigns to drive new business.
- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:
- **Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine sales strategies for the education sector.**:
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and contracts to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- **Build and nurture strong relationships with key corporate decision-makers.**:
- Provide outstanding customer service and promptly address client inquiries.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
- **Stay informed about industry trends, educational needs, and competitor activities.**:
- Analyze market demands and client needs to tailor sales strategies effectively.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- **Experience**: Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, particularly in the education sector, with a focus on new client acquisition and lead generation.
- **Skills**:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Highly presentable with a professional and engaging demeanor.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
