Responsibilities:
2. Customer Engagement: Respond to inquiries from potential customers and provide them with in-depth product information on different printers like Ultimaker, Raise 3D, Formlabs, and technical expertise in 3D printing technology (FDM, SLS, SLA).

3. Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the products to potential customers, emphasizing technical aspects of the printers.

4. Sales Negotiations: Collaborate with prospects to understand their requirements and negotiate sales terms to close deals.

5. Sales Closing: Convert leads into customers and achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales

quotas. Ensure customer-focused approach by understanding the customer's business and industry needs.

6. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Manage stakeholders effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.

7. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and report on sales metrics regularly. Utilize knowledge of OEM Portal for smooth order processing and management.

8. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth.

9. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, as well as internal departments like engineering or support, to ensure seamless customer experiences and provide technical expertise as needed.

10. Generation of Leads: Develop internal and external leads to drive sales opportunities and expand the customer base.

11. Experience: Proven experience in inside sales or a similar sales role, with technical expertise in 3D printing technology (FDM, SLS, SLA) and knowledge of different printers like Ultimaker, Raise 3D, Formlabs.

12. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product information and sales pitches.

13. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to close deals effectively.

14. Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.

15. Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a focus on understanding the customer's business and industry to provide tailored solutions.

16. Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.

17. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software, OEM Portal, and other sales-related tools.

18. Team Player: Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.

19. Stakeholder Management: Effective stakeholder management to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
