**Company Description**
HanuRam Foods Pvt. Ltd. is the largest mithai selling company in Vadodara, with a mission to provide unbeatable purity, price, and packaging. The company has been manufacturing and selling over 15 lakh kgs of mithais made from pure ghee and best quality dry fruits, and namkeens made in premium quality oils and branded masalas for over 15 years. HanuRam Foods also offers pocket-friendly but high-quality foods like Punjabi, Chinese, South Indian, Chandni Chowk ke Choley Bhature, Dilli Chaat, snacks, and farsan.
**Role Description**
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Vadodara.
- Understanding the company products and identifying new business opportunities
- Doing various sales visits, demonstrating and presenting the product, Negotiating contracts and packages.
- Doing Follow up after sales visits and converting the new business opportunities in to long term clients
- BOOSTING COMPANY SALES
- New business opportunities means Corp-orates, Industries, Modern trade, various retail network.
- The Business Development Executive will also be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing customer feedback, and developing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
At least 5 years of experience in selling Food/FMCG products to B2B sales channels
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, marketing strategies, and industry trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
SALARY: Attractive Basic Salary + Incentives
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
