**Job Title: Corporate Sales Executive**
As a Corporate Sales Executive at Salad Republic, your main role will be to increase sales and find new corporate clients. You’ll work on building partnerships with businesses and organizations in Vadodara, encouraging them to include our food in their wellness programs and employee benefits.
**Responsibilities**:
- Find and contact potential corporate clients through calls, networking, and other ways to generate leads.
- Build and maintain good relationships with people who make decisions and influence choices in target companies.
- Understand what clients need and explain how our meals can help their employees stay healthy.
- Create and show proposals, presentations, and demonstrations of our products to key decision-makers.
- Discuss and agree on contracts and deals with corporate clients, making sure the terms are fair and match our goals.
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan sales strategies, campaigns, and materials designed for corporate clients.
- Keep an eye on industry trends, what competitors are doing, and the market to find chances for growth.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals and report regularly on what you’ve done and how it’s worked.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in corporate sales, preferably in food and drinks or related areas.
- Good understanding of corporate wellness programs and benefits, and ability to show how our products fit in.
- Excellent at talking and showing things, able to explain our products clearly and make people want to buy.
- Motivated to work on your own or in a group, and good at organizing your time and work.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or another related field.
