Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Noida, sector 128
salary package-:
- For Fresher: 16000 inhand

**Responsibilities**:
- Engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls to understand their financial needs.
- Educate customers about various financial products and services offered by the bank, including loans, credit cards, bank accounts, fixed deposits, etc.
- Generate leads and effectively convert them into sales opportunities.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or queries they may have.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
- Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and transactions using the designated CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to optimize customer experience and drive business growth.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and product developments to provide informed recommendations to customers.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service roles, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to compliance with regulatory standards.
