Job Objective
- He would be r**esponsible for Employee services - over Phone Calls, mails & Query resolution of distributors at PAN India level.**
Job Description
- Key Responsibilities would be:
- To handle Distributor **calls & queries and resolve complaints through Phone**
To Listen the all **queries with patience and politeness to understand the depth**
**of issue**
To Follow-up with **Branches & other departments till the resolution**
To Make **Outbound Calls**
To Work on E-mails on a regular basis
To Ensure satisfaction of distributors/customers
Make Entry of required data
Any other relevant duties that arise from time to time
**Technical/Functional Competencies**:
Good **Communication skills in English & Hindi**
Good Mail **writing skill**
Strong **phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening**
Familiarity **with CRM systems and practices**
Customer **focus and adaptability to different personality types**
Should be well versed with **MS Office suite (MS Word, PowerPoint & excel)**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
