**Job Description for the Post of Sales & Marketing Executive.**

A)

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify actual buyer in customer’s company and maintain and develop good relationship with various concerned department of customer’s company through customer visits, Telephone, mail and other media for new and repeated business. Provide customers with quotations. Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
- Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.
- Display efficiency in gathering market and customer info to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery and customer specifications.
- Represent organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations ü Identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Review own performance and aim at exceeding their targets.
- Record sales and order information and report the same to the sales Head.
- Provide accurate feedback on future buying trends to their respective employers.
- Strict Adherences to timings to office and during customer visits.
- Updating the enquiry register and order register. Sending apt samples to customer and updating the sample register, if the need be. Updating tour/ customer visit report immediately post visit as per existing format and follow up.

B) Job Specification

**Experience: Marketing Executive.**

2 Years+ experience of marketing of Goods, More Preferably in industrial goods.

**Education: Marketing Executive**:

- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.
- Required Skills, Knowledge, and Characteristics for Marketing Executive.
- Effective communicator.
- Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills.
- Ability to coordinate the efforts of team.
- Demonstrated ability to increase sales and continuously improve methods, approaches, and departmental contribution. Commitment to continuous learning.
- Good Knowledge of internet and social media
- Demonstrated effectiveness in holding conversations with customers, customer evangelism, and customer-focused product development and outreach.
- Experience working in a flexible, employee empowering work environment in a micro, small to mediumsized company
- Familiarity and skill with the tools of the trade in marketing including, written communication, market research, Microsoft software suite of products
- Willing to travel by Bus, Train, Flight or any other mode within India ü Willingness to visit and stay outstation during customer visits.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
