Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and responding to inquiries

Generating new inquiries

Greeting visitors and clients and directing them to the appropriate persons

Maintaining files and records, both electronic and paper-based

Scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives and other staff members

Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment

Creating and editing documents, reports, and presentations using various software programs

Assisting with bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and reconciling accounts

Coordinating and organizing office events and meetings

Providing general administrative support to the office staff as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
