**Full Job Description**:
- Work of a Secretary to the chairman
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Schedule appointments and meetings and manage calendars.
- Act as a coordinator between the Staff, client and the chairman o
- Maintaining office records, including data management, and filing systems.
- Assisting other administrative staff in a wide range of office duties.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications.
**Requirements**:
- Professionally presentable at this capacity
- Holding a degree or diploma in the Secretary course of an approved institution.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Prior experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
