Profile: Personal Secretary

**Salary**: 25,000 to 35,000

Location: Vasant Vihar,New Delhi

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and organize executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations using Google Docs and Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on advanced Excel skills.
- Create and maintain Management Information Systems (M.I.S) to track and analyze relevant data.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication within the team and with clients.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Secretary.
- Proficiency in using Google Docs, Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent Spoken/Written English Communication.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience in a secretarial role is mandatory

Job Type : Full Time

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
