We are looking to hire a dynamic company secretary to join our company's Finance & Accounts department. In this role, your duties will include company secretarial activities, claim settlement, grievances handling, regulatory reporting, corporate laws & allied matters, corporate governance, due diligence, handling compliance of the company which is listed on the NSE & BSE along with other regulatory compliances.
Position Title: Company Secretary - Compliance Officer
Position Purpose : A Company Secretary in carrying out Company Secretarial Activities of the Company.
Job Description 1. Drafting Resolutions, Minutes of Board Meeting, General Meetings, Notice and other normal Company Secretarial Documents.
2. Assist in preparation of various reports like Directors Report, preparation of Annual Report, Corporate Governance Report etc.
3. Keep track of various legal updates in Companies Act, SEBI regulations and Listing rules and arrange impact analysis, if any for the same.
4. Ensure the updations of secretarial compliance.
5. Assist in preparation and filing of various returns with Stock Exchanges under the new Listing Rules.
6. Handling Investor related work and dealing with company’s RTA.
7. Assist in Preparation of MIS reports & liaisoning with consultants, government departments etc.
Educational Qualification:
- Qualified CS, preferably in the first attempt
- LLB background will be preferred
Industry to be hired from : Preferably from Manufacturing Industry
Skills and Knowledge required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- MS Power Point and Excel skills
- Excellent understanding of Companies Act
**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
**Experience**:

Ability to Relocate:
- Delhi, New Delhi - 110087, Delhi: Relocate before starting work (required)
