About the Team
This role sits on the Field Services Strategy & Operations Organisation who are the advisers to the Field Services Leadership Teams across EMEA and APJ. We look end to end across the business translating the global Workday strategy into region specific execution plans. We provide the right insights at the right time to accelerate our business results. Our team solves complex operational challenges and coaches Services Leadership to ensure we are using standard methodologies and building strong diverse teams.
About the Role
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Own the creation and administration of order forms for our Services deployments (Peakon, Planning, Sourcing), Education and Customer Enablement packages- Partner with the team of Services Executives in each of our geographies to proactively provide timely updates on the deals you are working on.- Maintain an accurate record using Salesforce of the opportunities you are working and manage the lifecycle of the deal.
About You
You will come with 2-4 years' of experience in sales operations processing orders for the services organisation.
You are highly independent, multi-task effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment-
- Ability to break tasks into clear actions and provide simple updates to various team members.- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrable ability to collect, coordinate and prioritize significant amounts of information.- Good interpersonal skills and capable of building strong relationships across multiple teams and time zones.
