**YOUR ROLE**:

- We are seeking a **ReachOut Communication Executive** in ABF to create targeted Mass Communication dockets.
- One of the content of these dockets will be **short films** to promote the **Mentors** and **Programs** of ABF in India and Overseas.
- Your role will serve a **critical role** in leading and facilitating **effective communication** for the organization as we **expand our horizons**.
- The work will be **task-based** with **tangible** and **in-tangible** targets.
- Your **Attitude** and **Aptitude** both should be impressive to the internal team and to the people you will be interacting with outside the organization

**JOB ONUS**:

- **Content Strategy **formulation and **Content Creation **as per target audience in varied media.
- Develop reports, case studies, success stories, field stories, videos, photos and other media content which can be put out on the public forum to spread awareness of work.
- **Impact social media **presence regularly.
- Improve the **effectiveness **of the existing platforms and **explore and create new platforms** for the ReachOut campaign.
- **Organize **and **lead** outreach events including logístical aspects, drafting topics for sessions, inviting speakers, the audience, and other related activities.
- **Address media** and **liaise** with any media on a continuous basis under the guidance of the Directors.

**QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Mass Communications**, **Journalism**, **Public Relations** or a related field **(ESSENTIAL)**.
- Experience and Creative Acumen to develop short videos for YouTube, and with same topic reels for Instagram.
- A creative fresher with or **minimum of 1 year of experience** in **communications strategy development** and **ground implementation** of the strategies. **(ESSENTIAL)**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Loves to write and has skills in **creating impactful and rhetorical messages** to large audiences via audio-visual and written media.
- Have a **passion for the non-profit sector** (in the field of Mental Health and Spiritual well-being will be an added advantage).
- Demonstrate ability to work with **multiple teams**, **build relationships** and experience in stakeholder management, including members, volunteers and donors.
- **Proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with a creative and problem-solving outlook and get the work done.**:
**ABOUT US**:
**Aastitva Being Foundation** (ABF) is a Govt. of India registered and licensed NGO based out of Udaipur, Rajasthan. We dedicate our efforts to benefit society in the fields of **Psychological Science** and **Spiritual Science** by **transcending** _**'awareness-to-healing'**_ of our existence _**trinity**_ of **Body-Mind-Spirit**.

People come to the ABF to seek relief from their **emotional, physical, mental and spiritual disturbances**. ABF runs individual and group engagement programs on individual issue resolution, self-awareness, meditative techniques & and detox retreats. In addition, ABF provides professional mentoring to individuals and corporations.

ABF is also embarking on a **nationwide project** (if everything works as per the plan) to change the Mental Health and Spiritual Wellbeing paradigm of Central Government and State Government 'promoted and funded' schools providing basic education. These schools are largely responsible for shaping the mindset of the larger population of India.
