Customer Support Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- **Monitoring Incoming Calls**:
- Efficiently manage all incoming calls via the Vonage App.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately on Excel spreadsheets for future reference and analysis.
- Collaborate closely with on-ground staff to address and rectify issues reported by customers.
- **Order Management**:
- Review all service orders to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
- Monitor the status of pickups and deliveries, ensuring no orders are past their scheduled pickup or delivery dates.
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding any delays or issues with their orders, offering alternatives or solutions as needed.
- **Post-Order Follow-Up**:
- Address any additional concerns or feedback provided by customers, striving to continuously improve the overall customer experience.
**Requirements**:
- **Exceptional Communication Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English Language, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to effectively convey information, listen actively to customers' concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**:
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet and resolve issues efficiently.
- Capacity to work collaboratively with on-ground staff to address customer concerns and implement effective solutions.

- Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing orders and documenting customer interactions.
- Ability to ensure accuracy in order management and follow-up procedures to maintain customer satisfaction.

- Proficiency in using computer systems, including familiarity with Excel spreadsheets and customer service platforms.

- Genuine dedication to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience.

**Education and Experience**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields is advantageous.
- Familiarity with laundry and dry-cleaning services or the logistics industry is a plus.
