Responsibilities:

- Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team of compliance sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and direction to achieve sales targets and objectives. This involves setting clear expectations, fostering a positive team culture, and empowering team members to excel in their roles.
- Compliance Expertise: Thorough understanding of compliance regulations, industry standards, and best practices relevant to the company's compliance management solutions. This includes staying updated on regulatory changes, emerging trends, and new technologies in compliance to provide informed recommendations to clients and support the sales team.
- Client Relationship Management: Exceptional relationship-building skills to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners. This includes understanding clients' needs, addressing concerns, and proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional compliance services.
- Strategic Partnerships: Experience in establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with third-party vendors, consultants, and industry associations to enhance the company's offerings and expand its market reach in compliance management solutions.
- Team Management: Strong managerial skills to recruit, onboard, train, and develop sales team members. This involves assessing team performance, providing constructive feedback, coaching team members to improve their skills, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance sales environment.
- Sales Process Optimization: Ability to optimize the sales process for compliance management solutions, including lead generation, qualification, pipeline management, and closing deals. This skill involves implementing best practices, sales methodologies, and sales automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Cold call prospects that are generated by external sources of lead
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts
- Understand client requirements and conceptualize solutions to meet them effectively
- Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process
- Make Client specific sales presentations to prospective clients
- Collaborate with appropriate team members to get the base price of the services to be offered
- To be actively involved in pricing and negotiation for the agreement
- Preparing and sending proposal to clients
- Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into sales
- Overcome objections of prospective clients

**Education**:
Minimum Graduate/Post Graduate (Preferable) in any discipline.
