ob Responsibilities
1. Auditing and monitoring the rate daily, monthly, and weekly.
2. Maximizing the business opportunity for revenue and profits
3. Managing rooms and inventory functionality to increase revenue
4. Responsible for building rates, promotion, and package strategy information in the PMS.
5. Coordinating with the Listing Manager for business listings, hygiene & daily improvisations.
6. Controlling the disparity amongst all OTA channels.
7. Coordinating with various internal departments for requirement gathering.
8. Formulate a plan to improve individual hostel performance and implement the changes in relevant systems.
9. Prepare reporting on daily/ weekly occupancy and Average rate.
10. Data analysis reporting (Room Type, Gender-based, Place of origin/destination-based, age group base, loyal customer base, etc.)
11. Work closely on customised reports on a weekly basis in coordination with the Revenue Manager.
12. Complete and analyse month-end / quarter-end and year-end reports.
13. Generating accurate and time-based analysis of reservations in the form of reports.
14. Coordinating with the Revenue Manager regularly to understand revenue behaviour at various hostels.
15. Gain knowledge of all existing and newly listed hostels in the chain.
16. Reporting guest data on a monthly basis to help the sales team draw monthly/quarterly targets

2. Basic destination knowledge
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
