ImaginXP is an EdTech - Future skills organization having a strong presence in UX Design thinking. We conduct various UXDesign and DesignThinking courses. Since its inception in 2013, ImaginXP has been providing quality training & workshops for professionals, corporates, and colleges. Today ImaginXP stands as one of the largest UX design and Design Thinking training organizations inthecountry with centers inPune, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Dehradun, and Mumbai. We have trained more than 1500 students and offer courses that span across UX design, Design Thinking and Product Management.

**INDUSTRY**: Education Management FUNCTIONAL AREA: Business Development; Educational Branding
**Eligibility Criteria**
Experience in an academic or administrative role within an educational institution/Ed-Tech.
**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- l Academic Management-_ Manage & Design academic schedules. Assist faculty members with administrative tasks, alignments, course material management, and resource coordination. Student support & grievance handling.
- l Faculty Support
- _Provide administrative and logístical support to faculty members, facilitate faculty access to resources and materials, etc.
- l Conduct Jury and Evaluation-_ Facilitate the jury and evaluation processes. Ensure the timely and accurate communication of assessment results.
- l Coordination in Special Sessions and Training
- _Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating special industry sessions and FDPs.
- Academic Data Management
- _Maintain and manage all academic data, Ensure compliance with data protection and record-keeping policies.
**MUST HAVE’S**:
l Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as the role involves interaction with faculty, students, and other stakeholders.
l Organization: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and projects effectively in the given course of time.
l Understanding of Academic Processes: Familiarity with academic processes, curriculum development, faculty support, and student assessment methods is essential
l Data Management: Proficiency in data management, including maintaining and analysing academic data and records.
l Knowledge of Educational Technology: Proficiency with relevant educational technology tools and software for data management
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
