Sales & Marketing Executive

**Sales**:
- Identify and engage potential clients to generate leads and close sales for residential and commercial properties.
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate developers, brokers, and clients.
- Conduct site visits, property presentations, and consultations to address client needs effectively.
**Marketing**:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote real estate projects.
- Collaborate with developers to organize promotional events, webinars, and property events.
- Maintain and update marketing collateral, including brochures, banners, and presentations.
**Customer Relationship Management**:
- Provide exceptional client service and follow up with leads to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in the CRM system.
- Offer post-sales support and build long-term relationships with customers.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of real estate markets and trends.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
