- Calling prospective students and setting up meetings when necessary
- Maintaining & updating all interactions on CRM
- Work closely with the management team to understand daily operations
- Quick thinking, self-confident and positive attitude

- 2 years+ experience in a customer service or support role, international call centre
employees, travel & tourism background, real estate business development executive
- Age: 25+
- Graduate preferred
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
