Ellt Student Support Coordinator

Main duties and responsibilities
The role requires an individual who is self-motivated, creative, and willing to contribute ideas to
the wider team. It will require great interpersonal skills, and the ability to speak to stakeholders
in customer support and inquiry management.
Student Support
matters including general questions about the test, questions regarding registration and
payment and providing support to technical issues encountered.
- Respond to student enquiries within 24 hours (6 days per week) liaising with members of the
Academic and Operations team for support.
- Support the day-to-day operational running of the Oxford ELLT Digital & Global
(English Language Level Test) including working on the ELLT Portal admin account
and the management of test bookings / examiner availability.
- Conduct ID and verification checks.
- Process refund requests and liaise with the Oxford ELLT Operations Manager.
- Support the management and coordination of ELLT Global Test Centre availability.
- Attend Oxford ELLT Operations meeting (online) and weekly ELLT huddles (online).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
