Student Support Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Student Engagement**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students seeking assistance with academic, personal, or administrative issues.
- Foster positive relationships with students to promote a supportive and inclusive environment.
- **Advising and Counseling**:
- Provide guidance on academic planning, course selection, and career pathways.
- Assist students in navigating challenges related to academic performance, time management, and study skills.
- **Resource Coordination**:
- Connect students with appropriate resources, including tutoring, counseling, and extracurricular activities.
- Organize workshops and seminars on topics such as stress management, study techniques, and career readiness.
- **Feedback and Reporting**:
- Collect and analyze student feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement within the student support system.
- Prepare reports on student needs and support initiatives for institutional leadership.
- **Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with faculty, administration, and other support staff to ensure a cohesive approach to student success.
- Participate in student orientation and onboarding activities to familiarize new students with available resources.
- **Crisis Management**:
- Identify and respond to students in crisis or requiring urgent support, ensuring appropriate referrals and follow-up.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all interactions with students.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Previous experience in student support, counseling, or a related role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of student needs and challenges in an educational setting.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
