**JOB TITLE : EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT**
The specific role of the executive assistant would be to aid the company in managing its
operations effectively, by creating a single window reporting system between themselves, the
Executive Committee and the owned and operated Hotels under the company's portfolio,
through their respective assigned Managers.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. To assist in managing routine and specific operational tasks of companies' various hotel
units and reporting directly to the Executive Committee on business affairs.
2. To effectively communicate between Unit Managers (UM) and Executive Committee
(EC) members.
3. To prepare documents and memos issued by the EC for circulation to the UM(s) and
follow up on actionable items.
5. To make visits to Hotel Units routinely and conduct audits in processes, systems and
management of the Units, and to deliver detailed reports to the EC for decision making.
6. To have a firm grasp on Hotel Units’ departmental performance and enhancement
processes.
7. To hold meetings with Vendors and service providers, in assisting with the purchase
decision making process for the company.
8. In absence of the EC, to represent in various meetings or forums, as and when required.
9. To continuously be updated with the latest industry best practices, technologies, and
employee policies.
10. To ensure compliance in regulatory and statutory requirements of the company.
11. To act as an important gear in the functioning of the company and its goals.
12. To maintain company records efficiently and stay up to date with filing requirements.
13. Completes projects by identifying the key personnel in the organization and setting up a
task team to ensure timely completion.
14. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
15. To represent the company in front of financial institutions, lawyers, chartered
accountants and other professionals, on behalf of the EC.

are needed in the day to day functioning of the companies operations
**Salary**: ₹14,578.52 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
**Experience**:
