**Business Development Manager (4 to 10 years Exp)**

**Job Location: Noida Sec 62**

**Shift timing: 6:30pm to 3:30am (US Shift)**

**Working Days: Monday to Friday**

1. Sound technical knowledge of advanced Web/Mobile/digital marketing technologies trending today.

3. Must be analytical enough to understand project requirements and prepare the detailed proposal, pre-sales discussions, negotiations, closing the sales, and handing over the client to the delivery team.

4. Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prepare convincing write-ups/ messages.

5. Identify, create and pursue new business opportunities and clients.

6. Should have experience in handling the lead generation team, motivating them, support them for qualified leads.

7. Should be flexible working hours when required.

8. Self-motivated to meet sales targets regularly.

9. Strong negotiation skills.

10. Able to propose project budgeting to the client.

11. Excellent verbal and written English skills for effective communication with overseas clients.

13. Must be flexible and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.

15. Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills, ability to assess problems and produce practical solutions.

16. Should be flexible working hours when required.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Dealing with international clients

2. Identifying new leads.

3. Handling technical queries of clients and taking decisions based on client communication.

4. Communicate new project opportunities to existing & potential clients.

5. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.

**Requirements**:
1. Excellent written and verbal English communication skill is a must.

2. Good knowledge of IT Services and experience in Sales and Marketing is a must.

3. Should possess good interpersonal skills in Account Handling and Relationship Building.

4. Should be proactive and should have excellent convincing skills.

**Salary**: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
