**Position Overview**:
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding NELTAS presence in the market by directly engaging with customers and promoting our products and services. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and help achieve sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales and Business Development**:
Identify and target new business opportunities in the assigned region.

Promote and sell NELTAS products, including study materials, English language enhancement programs, and teacher empowerment services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, schools, colleges, and individual customers.

Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions as required.

**Market Research and Analysis**:
Stay updated on market trends and competitors.

Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform sales strategies.

**Sales Targets and Reporting**:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.

Provide regular reports on sales progress and market conditions to the Sales Manager.

**Customer Relationship Management**:
Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups and regular communication.

**Collaboration with Teams**:
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and product launches.

Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure smooth after-sales support.

**Key Requirements**:
**Experience**:
Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the education or related industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**Skills**:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse customers.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good understanding of educational products and services, with the ability to explain complex solutions in an easy-to-understand manner.

**Education**:
**Additional Requirements**:
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
