Field Sales Executive

As a Field Sales Executive for our jewellery box manufacturing company, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our premium range of jewellery boxes to both wholesale and retail clients. You will work closely with customers, identify new business opportunities, and develop long-lasting relationships to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
Identify and target new customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and other potential clients in the jewellery industry.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Negotiate pricing and terms of sales with customers to maximize revenue and profitability.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Provide product advice, recommendations, and personalized service to clients.
3. Market Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer preferences and market demand.
4. Brand Representation:
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Maintain a professional image and communicate the company’s values, quality, and uniqueness effectively.
5. Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the latest products, features, and specifications to ensure effective selling.
Educate clients on the features, benefits, and uses of the jewellery boxes.
6. Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and achieve collective goals.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the manufacturing or retail industry.
Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Passion for the jewellery industry and a good understanding of product features and customer needs.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Compensation:
Competitive salary + commission-based incentives.
