Customer Service Executive

Job Description: Roadside Assistance Backend Executive Responsibilities: -Manage the backend operations of roadside assistance services, including data entry, documentation, and coordination. -Update and maintain databases with accurate information regarding service requests, customer details, and service provider assignments. -Provide prompt and courteous customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and troubleshooting problems effectively. -Handle complaint tickets using the Freshdesk platform or similar ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. -Generate basic reports using Excel to track key operational metrics, such as response times, service completion rates, and customer feedback. -Troubleshoot client issues related to roadside assistance services, including vehicle breakdowns, towing, and emergency assistance. -Work in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 support to customers and service providers, including on-call support for escalated issues. Required Skills: -Proficiency in basic Excel functions for data entry, reporting, and analysis. -Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and data management. -Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers, service providers, and internal teams. -Problem-solving abilities to address customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and find effective solutions. -Ability to work efficiently at peak time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. -Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, including rotational shifts and on-call duties. -Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service and exceeding customer expectations. -Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals. -Prior experience in customer service, operations, or automotive industry is advantageous. By leveraging your skills in data management, customer service, and problem-solving, you can excel in the role of a Roadside Assistance Backend Executive, ensuring smooth service operations and delivering exceptional support to clients and customers
