Operation Executive

Food Tech - Food Industry

Food Tech is looking for a Operation Executive to join our team and provide operation support to FoodBots. As a Operation Executive, you will be responsible for:

- Food Vendor Management | Build, lead and manage different food vendor
- Supply Chain Management
- Enable Central Kitchen to support multiple FoodBots in the area
- Operation support of FoodBots outlets.
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
- Manage delivery of Food Products from Central Kitchen/Vendor to FoodBot’s location.
- Closely working with Sales Team to enable Central Kitchen
- Closely working with Maintenance Technical Team for smooth operation of FoodBot’s
- Maintain FoodBot’s uptime
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction of FoodBots
- Maintain Sales numbers of Location.
- Coordinate with the management and product teams to align operation and sales strategies and goals with the company's vision and mission
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the FMCG sector and ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software to manage sales data and reports. And have good knowledge of online marketing channels

To be eligible for this role, you should have the following qualifications:

- A bachelor’s, diploma, master degree
- Certification from Food/Hotel Management or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A operation-customer-oriented and problem-solving attitude
- The ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory to meet customers and generate sales

Communication Skill:
Fluent in English (verbal and written)

Fluent in Kannada (verbal)

Fluent in Hindi (verbal)

Knowledge of other languages is a plus

**Experience**:
1-3 relevant Years

**Salary**:
15,000 to 25,000 + incentives + performance bonus etc

Salary is depend upon the required skill-sets but not on years of experience.

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per year
