Executive - Sales Administration

**WORK RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Sales team Data Management
- Coordinate with sales head for sales performance evaluation
- Daily allowance reimbursement management
- Review and Generate order for an invoice
- Outstanding management by coordinating the sales team
- Customer relationship management & Customer query handling
- Support sales head for team operations
- Provide administrative assistance and support to sales teams.
- **Prepare Quotations, Purchase Orders, Proforma invoices, and other required documents.**
- **Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records, and delivery records, and provide financial information to the accounts department.**
- Collaborate with other departments.
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
- Assisting and coordinating sales & marketing meetings.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics
**EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS**:
- Practical experience of minimum 2 years in sales administration
- Should be fluent in English and Hindi languages.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint is mandatory
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
