As a Customer Support Associate, You will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our valued customers. You will be the primary point of contact for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on utilizing our SaaS products effectively. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries via phone and WhatsApp chat.
- Understanding customer needs and effectively troubleshooting technical issues related to our SaaS products.
- Guiding customers through product features, functionalities, and best practices to maximize their experience and usage.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product Development and Sales to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Documenting customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer support processes and contribute to enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
- Assisting in the creation and maintenance of support documentation, demo videos, and knowledge base articles.
- Upgrade exiting Customer's to other products and features of Ghoshak.
- Consistent follow up on Customer Accounts to enable Renewal of accounts.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
