**Job Title: Customer Support Executive Bilingual - Spanish and English (Male)**
**Roles & Responsibilities:
- **
1. Interface with US customers via inbound calls.
2. Excellent verbal Skills inSpanishand English Languages.
3. Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures.
4. Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
5. Support customers across Telecommunication.
1. Any Graduate BE/Btech freshers / Under-Graduate / drop out / Post Graduates can apply.
2.SpanishFluency level : Minimum B2.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills In Spanish and English.
4. Flexible with 24/7 Environment.
**Shift**: Night Shift (anywhere between 630 Pm IST- 930 Am IST) Should be ready to work on weekends too.
**Job Type**: Full-time.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
