1. Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including individual travelers, corporate clients, and travel agencies.

2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business.

3. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our travel packages, destinations, and services to provide tailored recommendations to clients.

4. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently striving for exceptional performance.

5. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies effectively.

6. Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to drive sales.

7. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, including pre-trip and post-trip support.

8. Documentation: Accurately maintain sales records, contracts, and customer information in our system.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the tourism industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Passion for travel and willingness to explore destinations.

**Education**:
Bachelors/ Master’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
