Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of technology sales, we want to hear from you. Duties: - Identify and target potential customers in the market - Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients - Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings - Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions - Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions Requirements: - Proven experience in technical or technology sales - Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to speak Spanish is a plus - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Strong negotiation and closing skills - Customer service-oriented mindset - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment - Business development mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission, as well as opportunities for career growth and advancement. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
